We will be hosting this event on Sunday 8th March 2009. The event will be open to visitors from 10am to 3pm and the venue will be open for exhibitor set up at 8am.
We would like to invite you to exhibit at this event for only £45 (for a 4ft stall), there is no VAT to pay and no hidden costs. A 6ft stall is £70.
If you do not wish to exhibit the fair, we can still promote your business by distributing your printed leaflets in the brides goody bags for just £25. If you would like to take advantage of this offer please use the online booking link or printable booking form above. Any literature for inclusion in the packs should be sent to us no later than 7 days prior to the fair (we are preparing 100 packs).

It is the perfect venue for weddings, with a large function room which holds up to 180 people, up to 120 guests in a garden marquee for a wedding reception and 200 for the evening.

Advertising
We have a very successful and diverse advertising programme for our wedding fairs with an online marketing strategy including google adwords, e-marketing and directory advertising, plus we are taking out a series of adverts in local magazines and local newspapers. We are sending out personal invitations to brides in the area, putting flyers through letter boxes, displaying adverts on numerous wedding web sites and displaying posters at various locations around the county. The venue are also handing flyers out to brides who visit and book with the venue, there are posters displayed in the venue and banners will be displayed outside the venue closer to the date. The event incorporates the Herefordshire Bride branding and has its own web site on which your special offers will be displayed.

What You Will Receive
Each exhibitor will be supplied with a trestle table and table cloth. Drinks will be available to purchase from the bar. Complimentary sandwiches will be provided as part of your booking, please specify your preferences on the booking form. If you require electricity please advise this at the time of booking and please bring an extension lead.
There must be strictly no removal of exhibition equipment until the show is over. We recommend that you arrange your own Public Liability insurance.
Suppliers
We will be limiting the number of suppliers for each category to 3, except for Insurance, Chocolate Fountains and Finance, which will be limited to 1. Each supplier will be limited to a maximum of two stalls each.
Charity Support
The event will be raising money for the Migraine Action Association. 10% of your booking fees will go to the charity. In addition we will be taking donations from the public on the day. The MAA raises awareness about the disease of migraine and helps sufferers to control the condition. Migraine affects up to 15% of the UK population and around two thirds of sufferers are women. It can be devastating condition that is widely underestimated and is often misconceived as a headache. For more information please visit www.migraine.org.uk.
How to Book
If you would like to participate in the fair, please
order online here, or print out, complete and return the
booking form along with a cheque for the relevant amount as soon as possible to confirm your attendance. Please make cheques payable to Wedding Works. Stalls are allocated on a first paid, first served basis. In the event that we cannot accommodate your business, your payment will be returned to you.
