Terms and Conditions

Any literature for inclusion in the packs should be sent to us no later than 7 days prior to the fair

The hotel will be open for exhibitor set up from 8am onwards, the fair is open to the public 10am-3pm.

Please have your exhibition stands ready by 9.45 as there are generally quite a few visitors that turn up early.

The Works staff will be busy managing the fair, and although we will be available throughout the day, where possible please ask us any questions you may have before or after the day of the fair.

If you require electricity please bring an extension lead

We are providing sandwiches, but you will need to buy/bring your own drinks.

We recommend that you arrange your own Public Liability insurance.

Each supplier will be limited to a maximum of two stalls each.

There must be strictly no removal of exhibition equipment until the show is over.

Stalls are allocated on a first paid, first served basis.

In the event that we cannot accommodate your business, your cheque will be returned to you.

Full prepayment is required with booking form.

All exhibition fees are non-refundable and non-returnable.

We accept no responsibility for any actions of the venue against exhibitors.

Access aisles to tables, access routes around the event or fire exits must not be blocked or obstructed in any way.

We cannot be held responsible for the number of visitors to the fair and accept no responsibility for a low turn-out
